Statuette made to order for the 40th anniversary of the District Football Association in Krosno, as an ackonweldgement of cooperation for players, union members and high – ranking people. It was made by hand, entirely of brass. The statuette depicts a football with a heart in the centre, set on richly decorated laurel.
